Summer Soup

I've never been a fan of gazpacho, reminds me too much of V8 juice. Does anyone have a delicious gazpacho recipe that isn't super tomato-y? If so, please share!

I enjoy many delicous bowls in Tetaouan with Adriana.

Yay! Yes! Gazpacho. I personally prefer salmorejo (it's more like a dip and doesn't have cucumber or peppers.)

Anyhow, I'll get back to you on this, but there are different kinds of gazpacho; you can make some without tomato at all. There's even a super-weird thing (that I don't like at all, but I only tried it once) called ajo blanco that's a cold almond- and garlic-based soup.

Say hi to your mom for me!
